George H. Thompson, President
Mr. Thompson has over 37 years in the steel business, most of it at U.S. Steel. He held various marketing and commercial positions at USS, including an early position in Tubular Operations. Highlights of his commercial experience were General Manager of Service Center Sales, Chicago, IL, and VP-Commercial Tubular Solutions as USS, leading USS to become the largest Energy Tubular Supplier in North America at the time. George has 15 years at the executive level within the Steel Industry and brings this extensive experience to the table to ensure that Crossroads enters this new era of business with unsurpassed Safety, Customer Service, consistency of supply/production and highlighted attention to Quality Assurance. George attended Allegheny College and resides in Pittsburgh, PA. He enjoys Golf, Pittsburgh Sports, Reading and spending time with his family.
Deborah Lange, Chief Financial Officer
Deb Lange brings over 37 years of leadership experience to her role as CFO at Crossroads. She previously had a distinguished career at Plymouth Tube Co., where she held various leadership roles in finance, accounting, human resources, and IT, both at the corporate and operational levels. Her collaborative approach and strategic insight drive initiatives that support the company’s mission and growth objectives. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from North Central College and an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Her extensive expertise and dedication to excellence make her an integral part of Crossroads Seamless USA’s leadership team.
Michael R. Baxter, VP of Operations
With 20 years of steel industry experience, Mike Baxter offers uniquely exceptional perspective, knowledge and operational excellence that benefits Crossroads employees and customers alike. Mike had eight years dedicated to the maintenance side of the business, as well as 12 years mastering the operational side at Plymouth Tube Company. He also had seven years of experience in the automotive industry as an operations manager and brings an operationally disciplined mind from six years of service in the Army Infantry. When not on the front lines of operations, you’ll find Mike following his passions for sports and classic automobiles. He attended Indiana Wesleyan and Wilmington Universities and resides in Monticello, IN.

Pat Dowdle, Sales Manager
Pat Dowdle brings over forty years of sales experience to Crossroads. For the past 35 years, his focus has been on customer solutions in the steel tube industry at Plymouth Tube Company. Pat brings extensive product, application and market experience to suit individual customer needs. Much of his career has been dedicated to sales management excellence – building and leading inside & ouside sales teams. Crossroads customers benefit from his natural talent to connect specialized application needs to ideal seamless product solutions. His commitment has always been customer satisfaction and responsive service that keeps customer projects on time, on budget and exceeding expectations.
Paul Darby, Sales Manager/OEM
Paul Darby is the OEM Sales Manager at Crossroads Seamless USA. His recent experience includes having served 13 years at Plymouth Tube Company as the Senior Account Executive driving strategic business development and growth. Paul drives a vision of customer focus by providing solutions to challenges in the steel industry. Invaluable expertise and knowledge in the following industries helps him work closely with customers to deliver unmatched solutions: Oil & Gas, Military/Defense, Industrial, Firearms, and Automotive. In addition, Paul provides strategy in product development, fabrication, cost analysis, and supply chain management.
